一、適用範圍
本政策說明「講臺語 Kong Tâi-gí」（以下簡稱「本 App」）如何處理您的資料。安裝或使用本 App 即表示您已閱讀並同意本政策。
二、本 App 處理的資料

三、語音資料的特別說明
- 線上模式：錄音以加密連線（HTTPS）傳送至本 App 預設的辨識伺服器（由開發者 Mosil Studio 維運）。伺服器僅進行語音辨識並回傳文字結果；語音資料僅供當次辨識運算使用，於記憶體中短暫處理後立即捨棄，不在伺服器端寫入或留存。
- 離線模式：若您下載離線辨識模型並選擇本機推論，錄音完全不離開您的裝置。
- 錄音僅在您主動按下錄音按鈕時擷取；放開即停止。
四、本 App 不會做的事
本 App 不收集也不會傳送以下資料：
- 個人識別資訊（姓名、Email、電話、生日等）
- 帳號 / 登入資料（本 App 沒有帳號系統）
- 位置資訊
- 通訊錄、相片、行事曆
- 廣告識別碼
五、第三方服務
本 App 使用 Google Firebase 取得遠端設定（例如預設辨識伺服器位址）。該服務可能依其自身政策處理基本的裝置識別資訊以維持服務運作；詳見 Google 隱私權政策。本 App 不主動將任何個人資料提供給 Google。
六、權限說明

1. Scope
This policy describes how "Kong Tâi-gí 講臺語" (the "App") handles your data. By installing or using the App, you acknowledge this policy.
2. Data the App Processes

3. About Voice Data
- Online mode: Audio is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to the App's default recognition server operated by the developer (Mosil Studio). The server performs recognition and returns text only; audio is processed transiently in memory for the single recognition request and immediately discarded — it is never written to disk or persisted server-side.
- Offline mode: If you download an offline recognition model and choose on-device inference, audio never leaves your device.
- Audio is captured only while you actively press the record button.
4. What the App Does NOT Do
The App does not collect or transmit:
- Personal identifiable information (name, email, phone, birthdate)
- Account / login credentials (the App has no account system)
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, calendar
- Advertising identifiers
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google Firebase for remote configuration (e.g., default server address). This service may process basic device identifiers as required to operate; see Google's Privacy Policy. The App does not actively share any personal data with Google.
6. Permissions

7. Children's Privacy
The App is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
- Recognition history is stored on your device; you may delete it anytime from within the App.
- Uninstalling the App removes all local data.
